“Same coverage as the big carriers for half the price.”

Why this is a finding

Cal. Ins. Code § 790.03 prohibits untrue or misleading insurance advertising, including comparisons that imply identical coverage without a basis. The California buy makes the state statute the one an officer can put on the change request.

Compare named forms, deductibles, and coverage parts, with an as-of date — or drop “same coverage.”
