21 U.S.C. § 343(r)(6) allows structure/function claims on dietary supplements only if they do not claim to diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure, or prevent disease. “Cures joint pain” is a disease claim. That is a drug claim.

Suggested fix

“Supports joint comfort” only if you can substantiate it. Add the DSHEA disclaimer. Remove cure/treat/prevent.
